Hotpack Heatpack how to use:
Take the bodywarmer out of the package and keep it short in the air, than put it there were you want it, easy to stick to a shirt and wait about 3 minutes till the hotpack will warm up. Enjoy the warmth of 52 up to 62 degrees for at least 8 hours. Do not use it when you are sleeping for as that can become to hot which you than hardly feel and so cause burning injuries. After it is used put it at your regular carbige disposable.
